Job summary
Selectability is seeking lifestyle support workers to assist recipients in home and community settings across Queensland. You will work one-on-one to enhance independence, support daily living tasks, and provide safe transport to activities and appointments.
The role focuses on building confidence and community engagement to help recipients achieve personal goals. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, are computer-literate, and comfortable in team environments, with ability to follow policies
Qualifications
- Clear and effective communication
- Computer literacy and accuracy in record management

- Ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in recipients' homes and communities to promote independence
- Assist with daily tasks: cleaning, preparing healthy meals, yard maintenance
- Provide transport to activities and appointments
- Help recipients build confidence to access the community and engage in activities
