Job summary

Endeavour Foundation in Caloundra is seeking a Disability Support Worker specializing in mental health to provide active support in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting at Dicky Beach, Caloundra. You will assist clients to develop daily living skills and independence while working toward NDIA goals with care and respect.

Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends is required; penalty rates apply for sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex mental health is advantageous.
• Ability to promote independence and daily living skills.
• NDIS goals alignment with client-centered care.
