Job summary

Ku-ring-gai Council is inviting expressions of interest to appoint a Chair for the Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC). The Chair leads meetings, guides governance discussions and ensures independent, objective advice to the council.

The role is independent, requires a strong background in governance and risk, and involves duties outlined in the ARIC Terms of Reference. Remuneration is $1,200 per meeting (plus SG); term is four years.
