Qualifications

• Ability to engage with students with special needs and adapt to varied learning needs.
• Strong communication with teachers and families.
• Comfort with observing and reporting student progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering planned education programs under direction of teachers and school leadership.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
• Provide individual and small-group support, adapt learning resources, and assist with classroom routines and transitions.
• Reinforce learning concepts and promote positive behaviour and social development.
• Observe and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Collaborate with staff to support inclusive education and student wellbeing.
