Qualifications

• Approval to teach special education with experience supporting students with intellectual disabilities, complex learning needs, Autism, and behavioural or emotional challenges.
• Ability to engage in collaborative curriculum planning and contribute to school improvement.
• Experience designing and delivering differentiated, data-informed programs using explicit teaching and evidence-based practice.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, parents/carers and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver differentiated, data-informed programs for students with complex learning needs.
• Collaborate with staff, parents/carers and external providers to plan and review personalised learning plans.
• Engage in collaborative curriculum planning and contribute to whole-school improvement.
• Maintain effective classroom management and support students to achieve academic, social and behavioural outcomes.
