Job summary

Randwick High School in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney is seeking a School Learning Support Officer to assist in classrooms and learning environments under teacher supervision, supporting student welfare, health and wellbeing activities.

This role includes work with students in the Inclusive Learning Centre to develop learning and social skills and to contribute to a positive educational experience for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work with students with emotional, physical or intellectual disabilities.
• Awareness of the needs of students with emotional, physical or intellectual disabilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in delivering the curriculum to ILC students.
