Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Compliance with Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy on appointment
• Experience in working with children with special needs, including autism
• Training in use of EpiPen for students with allergies
• Ability to implement programs and document progress for individuals/small groups
• Willingness to undertake further training for aiding children with special needs
• Experience collaborating with teaching staff in a classroom environment

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and learning support to students including those with special needs
• Assist in implementing learning programs and tracking student progress
• Support students with diagnosed allergies and EpiPen awareness
• Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
