Job summary

Parade College seeks a Learning Diversity Leader to support inclusive education and academic and spiritual growth for all students. You will work with the Learning Diversity Team to lead the NCCD model, ensuring access to customised support and strengthening staff understanding of requirements and procedures.

• Must hold current teacher registration (VIT).
• Experience leading development and implementation of NCCD.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Learning Diversity in leadership of the NCCD model.
• Oversee Learning Diversity Coordinators and Learning Support Officers.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure optimal learning outcomes for students with additional needs.
• Manage cases and support NCCD students with disabilities, Indigenous students, refugees, NESB students, and others requiring adjustments.
• Advise and advocate for access to customised support services for NCCD students.
