APM Australia is seeking an Employment Consultant for the Maroochydore, QLD site within Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will help people with disability secure and sustain employment, build confidence, and develop tailored pathways to work.

You will collaborate with employers and community partners to create flexible, accessible opportunities, celebrate successes, and advocate for equitable hiring practices. The role emphasizes empathy, connection, and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments.
• Ability to support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain employment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
