Job summary

APM Employment Services is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Strathpine, QLD site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will support people with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment, and you will engage with local employers to create opportunities.

You’ll bring a passion for diversity, strong relationship-building skills, and a solutions-focused mindset to help participants realise their ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships and engaging stakeholders to create opportunities.
• Ability to identify and develop pathways to sustainable employment for participants.
• Demonstrated empathy and inclusive approach when supporting diverse communities.
• Experience in roles like sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting or admin is a plus.
