Job summary

Advanced Personnel Management is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Cleveland, QLD site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will help participants with disability secure sustainable employment, connect with employers and provide targeted support to boost confidence and outcomes.

You’ll work in a diverse team, building pathways to success and advocating for inclusive hiring practices, with a strong focus on participant outcomes and community impact.

Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
Celebrate placements and milestones with participants
Build lasting connections by forming partnerships with diverse employers
