Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support all students’ learning activities.
• Encourage self-esteem and independence in students.
• Facilitate positive interactions among students.
• Motivate students and encourage participation.
• Provide feedback on student progress to teaching staff.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans.
• Prepare teaching materials and manage setup and pack down.
• Model diversity and inclusivity across the College.
• Attend Professional Development when required.
• Take on other duties as directed by the Head of Inclusion.
