Join our Inclusive Education team and make a meaningful contribution to supporting students with diverse learning needs to achieve their full potential. We are looking for caring, proactive and solution-focused individuals who can build warm and respectful relationships with students, working alongside teachers to create inclusive and supportive learning environments. This is a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the educational journey and wellbeing of young people every day.

Mandatory qualifications and certificates

  • Current and valid First Aid Certificates,as follows:
    • HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
    • HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support
    • HLTAID011- Provide First Aid
    • 22578VIC – Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis (or equivalent)
    • 22556VIC - Course in the Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace (or equivalent)

Skills, attributes and experience

  • General understanding of a School based learning environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to display compassion, patience and flexibility.
  • A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team.
  • Be highly motivated with ability to display initiative.
  • Demonstrated keyboard skills and a strong reading and handwriting abilities.
