Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education with inclusive practices or special needs focus.
• Experience with children with diverse learning needs.
• Knowledge of inclusive education strategies and differentiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and professionals.
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to equitable education.
• Certifications in child safety and development required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver inclusive learning activities for diverse learning styles.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods for varying developmental abilities.
• Collaborate with special needs educators, therapists, and parents on support plans.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and peer learning among children.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that respects diversity.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress, identifying areas for support.
