Aufgaben

• Be present at the scheduled classroom or learning location, ready to support students from the start of the lesson.
• Provide routine in‑class support to individual students or small groups up to four students as directed.
• Assist students to access learning activities and engage with routines and adjustments as planned by the classroom teacher.
• Support students in understanding instructions, tasks, and transitions following established routines and teacher direction.
• Apply adjustments and support strategies to encourage independence, self‑regulation, and engagement as specified in IEPs.
• Assist students with neurodiversity or additional learning needs under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Assist in practical learning environments and structured programs under teacher supervision.
• Assist with preparation and organisation of learning materials and basic curriculum support tools as directed.
• Work with teachers and school staff to support student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
• Attend professional learning and training as directed by school leadership.
