Job summary

Job Description

Your Responsibilities as an Incident Analyst

  • Complete incident analysis to determine impact and support resolution planning, collaborating with P&T to provision necessary data and information.
  • Provide SME input into tactical and strategic solutions and rectification plans to support immediate and long-term resolutions.
  • Contribute to the rectification of incidents according to agreed plans.
  • Identify improvements to current solutions and procedures to reduce incidents and enhance quality.
  • Support Squads with SME input to address business requirements, especially where technology upgrades are needed to prevent incidents.
  • Work with the Risk team to ensure solutions align with risk appetite and facilitate incident reporting and status updates.
  • Manage assigned incidents, liaising with stakeholders to meet SLAs and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Assist administration teams with training and change management related to incidents, including input into procedures and workaround documentation.
  • Perform trend analysis on incident data to identify themes and opportunities for process and system improvements.
