Account Manager at Travel Trade Recruitment

Location: Sydney CBD

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: $70k - $90k + Super (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced, passionate Inbound Travel Consultant to join a reputable and dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and quote a range of tailor-made group itineraries whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge of our partners pre-arranged luxury tours.
• Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.
• Proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless service
• Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documents

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel.
• Knowledge of Tourplan is preferrable.
• Extensive Luxury product knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

***German or Spanish language skills are highly regarded but not essential.***
