Job summary

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical Inbound Topology Program Manager in Sydney, AU to define and deliver the future state of the inbound supply chain network across IXD and SDC. You will own the strategic direction and end-to-end program management for initiatives that improve cost, speed, and scalability, while influencing multiple stakeholder groups.

The role requires strong ownership, deep analytical capability, and the ability to drive decisions with Stores, Finance, Tech, and partner

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve long-term inbound network strategy across IXD, SDC, and emerging upstream models.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from concept through launch and stabilization.
Build and manage multi-year roadmaps, including milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Drive alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, Stores, Finance, Tech, and partner teams.
Use data to identify opportunities, validate strategies, and drive decision-making.
Balance customer experience, cost-to-serve, and inventory efficiency in all recommendations.
Establish metrics and mechanisms to measure network performance and program success.
Influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
