Job summary

PETstock NDC Pty Ltd is seeking Warehouse Team Members to join our distribution centres and support in-store and online orders. You will be involved in picking, packing, dispatching and stock control, helping maintain accuracy and timely delivery.

The role offers AM or PM shifts, full training, and a safety-first culture. You’ll work with a diverse team, upskilling in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain while contributing to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick-packer role in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift and carry stock up to 20 kg.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to high standards and maintain pick rates.
• Assist with stock control, inbound goods, cycle counts and stock accuracy.
• Maintain stock integrity through replenishment, expiry checks, and regular stock takes.
• Load and unload courier trucks and support general warehouse duties.
