Job summary

Masterpet is seeking an Inbound & Inventory Manager to lead inbound receiving, putaway, replenishment and inventory control at the Smeaton Grange Distribution Centre.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will develop a high-performing team, optimise RF/WMS and ERP processes, and partner across Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Operations and Finance to improve outcomes. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, inventory, receiving or logistics teams.
• Strong inventory control with stock investigations and cycle counts.
• Systems experience with WMS, ERP and RF technology.
• Analytical thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound receiving, putaway, replenishment and inventory activities.
• Ensure stock accuracy and compliance across the DC.
• Coach and develop inventory and receiving teams.
• Oversee stocktakes, cycle counts, data master and investigations.
• Drive process and systems improvements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to optimise performance.
