Acquire Intelligence is an Australian-owned AI consulting and business process outsourcing company based in Melbourne. We are seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant (Energy) to handle inbound energy-related sales from our South Yarra office.

You will listen to customers, assess their needs, and match them to the right energy plan, driving sales while following industry regulations. The role offers a competitive base salary plus super and uncapped commission, with a rotating Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to meet targets consistently and honestly.
• Clear, warm communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Comfort using multiple systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and turn enquiries into sales.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend a suitable plan.
• Explain pricing, plans and conditions clearly and accurately.
• Meet and exceed targets while maintaining call quality.
• Manage customer from first call to sale across multiple systems.
