Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is hiring part-time Contact Centre Consultants at our NSW Zetland site to deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, social platforms and SMS. Join a flexible team with shifts including mornings, afternoons and weekends and start immediately.

Essential qualifications: Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check and National Police check on onboarding. We value diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience on inbound/outbound calls.
• Ability to work early mornings, late afternoons and weekends.
• Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR.
• Working with Children's Check and National Police check on-boarding.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS
• Provide excellent customer service, by responding to customers’ needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards
• Engaging with customers and promoting our services
• Develop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience
