Job summary

SHEIKE in Australia seeks a motivated in-store Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional styling advice and drive sales. You will manage stock on the floor, replenish stock, and keep back-of-house areas tidy and organised.

You’ll work with the store team to meet budgets, KPIs and company policies. Key responsibilities include driving daily sales, understanding promotions, delivering high-energy customer experiences, and maintaining stock accuracy with efficient processing and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage stock, merchandising and back-of-house processes.
• Capable of meeting daily/weekly budgets and KPIs.
• Demonstrates initiative, reliability and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for driving budgets and KPIs on any day that you are working.
• Be aware of the current WTD and MTD figures for your store.
• Motivate yourself and encourage peers to achieve personal sales goals every single day.
• Have awareness of what promotions are in store and online at any time.
• Create a high energy and compelling in-store brand experience for customers.
• Give exceptional styling advice and assistance to all customers ensuring the right product is offered.
• Maintain stock accuracy, process stock, and replenish floor as needed.
• Follow health and safety policies and dress code; maintain tidy back of house areas.
