Job summary

The Good Guys in The Hills District is seeking a dedicated store associate to coordinate and supervise a designated area, supporting sales and a positive customer experience. You will contribute to meeting budgets and ensure high standards of service throughout the store.

Job Description

Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
• Delivery quality, profitable sales according to an established budget
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries
• Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
• Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, this includes picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner
• Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
