Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. We are seeking a Legal Engineer with a strong in-house background to help corporate legal teams transform how they deliver legal work.

Your experience inside a corporate legal function (ideally 4+ years PQE, with a grounding in a top law firm) will allow you to advise, design, and implement tailored Legora solutions, and to deliver demos and training that showcase ROI and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in a corporate in-house function.
• Ideally trained or practised at a top law firm.
• A passion for leveraging technology to transform legal services.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for in-house legal teams, identifying pain points and uncovering high-value opportunities for process innovation across the full legal workflow.
• Collaborate with General Counsel, legal ops and in-house lawyers to design and implement tailored Legora solutions addressing high contract volumes and tight deadlines.
• Share critical insights from in-house experience to shape product development and future roadmap priorities.
• Deliver engaging product demos and training sessions to show how AI can improve drafting, review, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Drive change management by communicating ROI and competitive edge of advanced technologies in-house.
