Job summary

Legora is seeking a Legal Engineer with a strong in-house background to help corporate legal teams transform how they deliver legal work. Your 4+ years PQE, ideally in a top law firm, will allow you to act as a trusted advisor for in-house teams and design and implement tailored solutions on the Legora platform.

You will collaborate with General Counsel, legal ops and in-house lawyers to deliver product demos, training sessions, and change management that demonstrates ROI and competitive edge

Legal Engineer (In-House)

We are seeking a Legal Engineer with a strong in-house background to help corporate legal teams transform how they deliver legal work. Your experience inside a corporate legal function (ideally 4+ years PQE, with a grounding in a top law firm) will allow you to:

• Act as a trusted advisor for in-house legal teams, identifying pain points and uncovering high-value opportunities for process innovation across the full legal workflow, from contract review and commercial negotiation to regulatory compliance, matter management and internal knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with General Counsel, legal ops and in-house lawyers to design and implement tailored solutions on the Legora platform, addressing unique challenges like high contract volumes, business stakeholder demands, limited resources and tight commercial deadlines.

• Share critical insights from your in-house experience to directly shape product development, technical enhancements and future roadmap priorities, ensuring our offerings meet the real-world needs of corporate legal departments.

• Deliver engaging product demos and training sessions, showing how technology can streamline everything from drafting and playbook-based review to risk assessment and reporting to the business.

• Drive change management by helping legal teams understand the ROI and competitive edge that advanced technologies and AI bring to in-house legal, including improvements in efficiency, accuracy, cost control and strategic decision-making.
