Jade Finance Australia is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our in-house team on a full-time, on-site basis at the Varsity Lakes office. You will contribute to real-world digital products, collaborating with marketing, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Ideal candidates bring WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and PHP experience, can work independently, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and PHP.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Zapier and API integrations is advantageous but not required.
• Must have full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and improving company websites and internal web projects.
• Building, customising, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes, layouts, plugins, performance, and integrations.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code across front-end and back-end components.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving website and application issues.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Providing progress updates and supporting smooth testing and deployments.

The Opportunity

We’re expanding our in-house development team and are looking for a talented Junior Web Developer to join Jade Finance on a full-time, on‑site basis.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving real‑world digital products. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality web solutions that directly support the business.

About the Role

You’ll play a hands‑on role across our websites and internal projects, with responsibilities including:
