Job summary

integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist clients in Atherton/Mareeba with in-home care. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and community engagement, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Aged Care or willingness to pursue, plus a valid driver’s license, first aid, and background checks. Permanent part-time and casual roles available with 7am–5pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
• Availability—Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check.
• Police Check/NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, personalised support based on client needs and preferences.
• Assist with personal care, medication, and daily routines.
• Help with shopping, appointments, and household tasks.
• Encourage clients to stay active and connected in the community.
• Offer companionship and build trusted relationships.
• Support independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
