Job summary

Just Better Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver in-home nursing care across Queensland. You will provide efficient clinical support, collaborate with medical practitioners, and train support staff while building strong local connections.

You will travel between customers' homes, assess needs, administer medications, manage complex care tasks, and document progress. AHPRA registration, CPD, and a valid driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology for rosters and documenting feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home nursing care and monitor clients per care plans and medical directions.
• Provide leadership and supervise Community Support Professionals and Enrolled Nurses.
• Coordinate with medical practitioners and allied health professionals.
• Administer medications and manage complex clinical tasks as required (palliative, catheter, stoma care).
• Develop connections with community stakeholders and hospital staff.
