Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration with unlimited work rights (essential)
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle (minimum Third‑Party Property) (essential)
• Previous experience in an Aged Care or Acute setting (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Effective time‑management and sound clinical problem‑solving abilities
• Confidence to meet all relevant probity and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred functional and environmental assessments and interventions
• Perform in‑home assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Prescribe equipment and plan major/minor home modifications
• Collaborate with a statewide OT team and multidisciplinary colleagues
• Contribute to telehealth, group therapies, and acute care services
• Provide high standards of care to maintain independence of clients
