Job summary

Care.Live.Smile PTY LTD is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide flexible, community-based care across East and South Sydney. The role involves home visits and collaboration with the Allied Health team under the Clinical Lead.

You will need at least 3 years of RN experience, current AHPRA registration, excellent communication and teamwork, and a willingness to travel within the Sydney metro area using your own car with travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practising Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and community nurse support as required in East and South Sydney.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and Allied Health team to deliver patient-centred care.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with clients and care teams as part of client care plans.
