Right At Home Central Queensland is seeking an Enrolled Nurse / Client Care Partner to join our Bundaberg team on a full-time basis. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care in clients’ homes and work with a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will coordinate care with GPs and other professionals, administer medications under supervision, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (or equivalent)
• Experience in aged care, community health or related settings
• Knowledge of aged care standards and person-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to transport
• Working With Children Check or equivalent clearance
• First Aid and CPR certified

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care to elderly clients in their homes
• Coordinate client care and liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications under supervision and follow care plans
• Maintain accurate client records and report changes promptly
• Monitor vital signs and respond to health concerns
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
• Comply with aged care regulations, infection control and safety procedures
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in client homes
