Job summary

Quick Response Carers is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide in-home support and community access in Bundaberg and surrounding areas. You’ll help both male and female participants with daily living, capacity building, and behaviour support strategies in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living and capacity building in-home and in the community.
• Facilitate choice and person-centred planning.
• Engage family and community, plan social activities and meals.
• Follow care plans for Behaviour, Mealtime, Seizure, Exercise.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, equipment use, and safety.
