WithNot4 is seeking experienced care professionals to join our team in Eurobodalla. We have opportunities for Care Workers, Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

You'll work in a supportive environment, ensuring you always feel supported in your role. Provide high quality, in-home care to people with disability (Members) and their teams of support workers and deliver clinical oversight where needed.

Qualificações

• Disability, Aged Care or Personal Care experience.
• Confidence assisting with daily care and support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC.
• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (for RN and EN positions).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality, in-home care to people with disability (Members) and their teams of support workers.
• Provide attentive, person-centred care that supports the comfort, dignity and wellbeing of WithNot4 Members.
• Assist with daily care and support.
• Provide nursing assessment, care planning and ongoing clinical oversight.
• Support Members with complex health needs.
• Deliver staff training, clinical guidance and competency assessments.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Work collaboratively with others to promote a positive service experience.
