My Personal Carer Pty Ltd – Forestville NSW is looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our community and home care team. You will build genuine relationships with clients and provide high-quality, personalised care in the comfort of their homes.

This role focuses on delivering compassionate clinical care, supporting independence, and coordinating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective care in a community setting.

Competenze

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• For EEN applicants, current medication administration competency
• Previous nursing experience, ideally in aged care, community nursing, home care, or disability services
• Experience in medication management, wound care, and supporting clients with ongoing healthcare needs
• Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills

Mansioni

• Providing nursing care and clinical interventions in accordance with your qualifications and scope of practice
• Conducting or contributing to clinical assessments and individualised care plans
• Providing wound care, dressing changes, and skin integrity monitoring
• Administering medications and supporting safe medication management
• Monitoring chronic health conditions and responding to changes in client wellbeing
• Supporting clients with complex or higher-level care requirements
• Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, families, and other healthcare providers
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Identifying and escalating clinical risks to support safe, high-quality care
• Promoting client dignity, independence, and quality of life
