Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast is hiring caring Aged Care Workers to support clients in their homes on a casual basis, with availability on Mondays in Allenview. You will assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines, while delivering companionship and safety through tailored care plans.

The role offers flexible casual hours, minimum 2-hour shifts, and paid travel time plus kilometres between shifts. You’ll be supported by experienced nurses and opportunities for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Supporting clients with meals and daily routines.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation).
• Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided.
• Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support.
