Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Aged & Home Care Worker to help older Australians remain independent and safely in their own homes. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal planning, transport to appointments, shopping and community participation, and companionship.

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, building lasting relationships and supporting goals important to clients while staying flexible and reliable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
