Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home.

You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments, shopping, community participation and companionship, delivering person-centred support with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Reliable and insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker's Check.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic tasks in clients' homes.
