Skilled Care is recruiting for an In-Home Aged Care Traineeship across the Shoalhaven region. You will be employed by a partner provider while completing a paid Certificate IV Traineeship with Skilled Care, with three hours of weekly training and fee-free options where eligible.

Permanent part-time role (minimum 15 hours/week) delivering practical, person-centred support to older people in their homes. Vehicle travel is required and paid kilometres are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Desire to complete Certificate IV in Ageing Support while employed.
• Experience in home care and supporting older adults.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Help with meal preparation, light household tasks, laundry and shopping.
• Provide transport to appointments and community activities.
• Offer companionship and support social connection.
• Assist with medications within training and employer procedures.
