The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd (IUIH) invites applications for a Community Support Worker (NQ) to provide direct in-home care to eligible aged clients in Hervey Bay, QLD. You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social support and transport, following individual care plans and relevant standards.

You will work with clients to maintain independence and wellbeing, delivering respectful, culturally safe care.

Formación

• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Criminal History Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks in clients' homes according to care plans.
• Support clients to maintain independence and participate in social activities.
• Provide nutrition support, bathing, grooming and oral hygiene as required.
• Provide domestic assistance and social support services.
• Deliver quality care at all times.
