Responsibilities
  • Provide product demos and training to explain functionality and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client’s businesses.
  • Maintain pre and post-sale relationships and support onboarding, ongoing projects (e.g., rebrands), and client success initiatives.
  • Onboard new branches within client organisations and ensure smooth integrations.
  • Conduct webinars and plan/roll out product updates to explain new features.
  • Answer customer questions on product features and work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with retention at the renewal stage and collaborate with Solutions Leaders and sales teams to service customers at scale.
  • Analyse data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.
  • Facilitate sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to align product features with customer needs.
Ideal Person / Qualifications
  • Essentials – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to embed products and services at the customer level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate business and commercial acumen and financial awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Tech-savvy with accurate administrative skills.
  • Nice to haves – Real Estate, tech or SaaS industry experience.
