Job summary

Employment Hero in Hobart, Tasmania, is hiring a SaaS Implementations Project Manager to guide customer deployments of the Employment Hero platform. You will manage project time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction across high‑value implementations.

Collaborating with Implementation Specialists from HR and Payroll and with offshore Data Analysts, you will lead planning, delivery and handover, ensure milestones are met, and drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical secondary systems capital, infrastructure and asset refurbishment.
• Strong capability managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risk and contractor performance.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder management and business case development skills.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and controls systems, including MS Project.

Deliverables The seller is to propose a suitable candidate for the ICT Project Manager role for the CMS Project. The roles deliverables include:

Based in Tasmania, this role sits within our Capital Planning team and leads the planning, delivery and operational handover of capital projects focused on hydro generation asset refurbishment. Working closely with technical specialists, contractors and key stakeholders, you'll manage projects from business case development through to commissioning.

We are building our capacity to deliver electrical secondary systems projects, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing area of the business. Experience in electrical, power generation or other asset-intensive environments will be highly valued as you help maintain and modernise Hydro Tasmania's critical generation infrastructure.

This role

Our Implementations Teams are responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with our high‑value customers, and our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring timely and successful implementations; including bespoke solutions based on the customers needs within the Employment Hero platform.

As a SaaS Implementations Project Manager, you will be the primary contact point for high value customers during implementations, which means you will be responsible for project time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. You will work with Implementation Specialists from our HR and Payroll teams and with our off‑shore Data Analysts to deliver great outcomes for our customers.
