Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Professional Services team in Brisbane. You will translate client needs into practical enterprise software solutions, lead training and on-site engagements, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementations across facilities, assets and operations.

The role requires a strong client focus, extensive travel to customer locations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience as a Consultant in CMMS/EDMS software space.
• Strong communication, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical software solutions.
• Experience with all phases of software implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to deliver on-site training and consulting services.

• Serve as primary PS contact for engaged customers and uphold Accruent policies.

This position reports directly to theManager, Professional Servicesandis a hybrid role with thelocalofficewillbelocated inBrisbane,Australia.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology.

5+ years experience as a Consultant withintheCMMS or EDMS softwarespace.

Excellent communication, analytical,facilitationand consulting skills.

Ability to solve problems creatively and independently anddrive forresults.

Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions.

Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration, software installation, onsite training, systems troubleshooting, and ongoing accountmanagement.

Track recordof capitalizing upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships is a plus.

Experience managing resources and commitments to ensuretimelydelivery and customer satisfaction.
