Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Speech Pathology and membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia.
• Post-graduate qualification in Community Health.
• Experience in community or primary health setting.
• Competent Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deliver and evaluate speech pathology services at local schools.
• Provide high quality speech pathology care to patients and students.
• Record assessments, evaluations and treatments in patient files.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Centre team on annual plans and budgets.
• Develop a work plan to ensure appropriate service delivery across areas.
• Engage in continuing professional development and maintain organizational values.
