Job summary

Ageing Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist (Level 1 or 2) to deliver and evaluate speech pathology services across hospital and school contexts. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient-centered care, provide direct assessments and contribute to community health initiatives.

The role requires a relevant degree in Speech Pathology, SPA Australia membership, and experience in community or primary health settings. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Speech Pathology.
• Membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia.
• Post-graduate qualification in Community Health.
• Experience in community or primary health setting.
• Ability to use MS Word/Excel/Outlook effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient clinical management and speech pathology services to clients and communities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Deliver services to schools and support community education programs.
• Record assessments and treatments in patient files and share with schools.
• Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting with leadership.
