Maranoa Regional Council is seeking multiple Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team at the new Aquatic Centre. You will deliver high-quality swimming lessons that promote water safety, skill development, and confidence for participants of all ages, contributing to the Centre's aquatic education goals.

Instructors play a key role in creating a positive learning environment, maintaining child-safe practices, and supporting the overall success of the Learn-to-Swim program.

Qualifications

• Water safety instruction and supervision of lessons.
• Ability to deliver developmentally appropriate Learn-to-Swim sessions.
• Commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.
• CPR and Working with Children checks current.

Responsabilités

• Safety and supervision of participants during lessons and activities.
• Maintain program quality and compliance with teaching standards.
• Lead and support the aquatic team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
