Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to empower clients to build confidence and job-readiness skills, helping them move toward meaningful employment. You’ll work within a values-driven team that supports clients, communities and colleagues every day.

You will motivate and coach clients through tailored activities, connect them with employers, help secure sustainable outcomes, and maintain accurate records to meet compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required at time of applying.
• Compassionate, determined and supportive approach.
• Ability to empower clients to build job-readiness skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
