atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients toward meaningful employment. You’ll coach, connect with employers, and support clients through career readiness activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliant service delivery.

You’ll join a team guided by Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, delivering support across diverse communities and tailoring programs to individual needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
