APM Employment Services is seeking an Employment Consultant at the Nanango, QLD site to support participants through the Workforce Australia program, helping them prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment.

You will build connections with local employers, advocate for inclusive practices, and provide tailored guidance to empower job seekers. APM emphasizes diverse and supportive teams, ongoing development, and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willing to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Find the perfect match – assist participants with Workforce Australia to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
• Boost Confidence – help participants identify strengths and overcome obstacles.
