Job summary

Tradewind Australia is partnering with a regional early learning service in Tangambalanga, VIC, to recruit an Early Childhood Teacher for a full-time, ongoing role starting January 2027. The role includes a $21,000 DET location incentive and potential relocation support to help you settle into the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in early childhood education (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQF.
• Experience delivering quality kindergarten programs.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and evaluating a play-based educational program.
• Supporting children’s learning, development and transition to school.
• Working with mixed-age groups (3-5 years) across programs.
• Creating an inclusive, safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Building relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Completing observations, assessments and documentation.
• Collaborating with the wider team to support outcomes.
• Providing responsible-person and 2IC support as needed.
• Ensuring practices align with EYLF and child safety requirements.
